We regret to announce the death of Gérard Landry on Thursday, August 2 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 93. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Evangéliste Landry and Héléna Blanchette, six sisters, Lydia Bisson (Albert), Yvonne Audette (Samuel), Léda Lafond (Archille), Élisabeth Murphy (Léo), Adrienne Marceau (Joseph) and Hélène Landry, six brothers, Alfred (Claira), Eugène (Albina), Albert (Valérie), Julien, Jean (Cécile) and Charles (Thérèse). Gérard Landry will be resting at the St-Gertrude parish hall on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 6th at the Sainte-Gertrude church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Richard Fortin officiating.
