We regret to announce the death of Jacqueline Isabelle née Lacelle on November 18, 2010 at the age of 75 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening as well as craft making, so much so, that she taught crafts and knitting classes. She was a member of Christian Women and UCFO. She is survived by one daughter, Hélène Boucher wife of Louis of Kapuskasing; three sons: Luc husband of Denise Gaulin of Val-Rita, Louis husband of Lucie Lafontaine-Isabelle of Opasatika and Jean husband of Lise Gervais-Isabelle of Kapuskasing; five sisters: Carmen Montreuil of Gatineau, Thérèse Chassie, Sister Rita Lacelle, Pierrette Dagenais and Claire Lacelle all of Ottawa; as well as six grandchildren : Caroline Lafleur wife of Claude, Geneviève Boucher wife of Simon Tremblay, Justin, Maxime, Alexandre and Nicolas, and four great-grandchildren: Josée, Stéphanie, Amilia and Mikaël. She was predeceased by her husband, Claude Isabelle. The family will receive family and friends begining at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 24th at the St-Antoine-de-Padoue parish in Opasatika. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
