We regret to announce the death of Jacqueline Noël on Sunday, December 18 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 86. She is survived by her husband, Léo Richer, four children, José Tillet wife of David of Spain, François Noël husband of Marie-Josée of Ottawa, Sylvie Mills wife of Dale of Vancouver and Philippe Noël husband of Laurie Englan of Lascelles, four step-children, Michelle Richer wife of Michel Aubé of Pintendre, Suzanne Tibar wife of Tom of Ottawa, Léon Richer husband of Lorraine of Kapuskasing and Sylvie Richer wife of David Favell ofLondon, as well as fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Red Cross would be greatly appreciated.
