A man with a big heart.
The best memory I have of Jacques is one that shows how caring, kind and compassionate he was for everyone. A few years ago, actually closer to 10 years ago, my daughter Britney had fallen off her bike and was scratched up pretty badly. Jacques found her on the ground crying and bleeding. He quickly picked her up in his arms and caried her a few blocks to me at home. When I told my children about the tragic news of his passing. The first thing that Britney said to me was " Is that the nice man who carried me all the way home when I fell off my bike?" I started to cry and said "Yes". Her response was similar to mine and she replied " he was so nice and worried about me that day, and he still used to always talk to me when I saw him, that's so sad". That's how I will remember Jacques. A caring, kind, happy, compassionate man. One who loves his family deeply and also loved all who had the privilege of having a conversation with him. He was always so proud of his son Tyler and spoke of him every time we had a conversation. My deepest condolences to Juliette and Tyler. I hope that you can find comfort and healing by knowing how wonderful a man you have looking down on you from heaven and cheering you on in everything you do from here on out as he did when he was present on this earth.
Love Lynn,Chris, Brooke, Britney and Brody. Xoxo
