Passed away on December 13, 1999

We regret to announce the death of Janet Lavoie on December 13, 1999 at Extendicare Nursing Home, Kapuskasing, at the age of 79 years. Janet Lavoie was pre-deceased by her husband Léonce, 1 brother, Camille, and 3 sisters, Blanche, Rose and Jean. Janet is survived by her two sons, Marcel, (Jeannine), of Kapuskasing and Richard (wife Suzanne), of Nagagami, 1 daughter, Marcella Bélanger (Armand), of Kapuskasing, 8 grandchildren, Michel, Caroline, Alain, Julie, Denis, Daniel, Kenny and Gary and 8 great-grandchildren. 1 brother, Charlie Carpenter of Eldee and 1 sister Antoinette St. Jean of Rutherglen and many nieces and nephews.



The funeral service was held at Notre Dame des Victoires Church with Father Roger Pronovost officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Guenette Funeral Home.
