We regret to announce the death of Jean-Guy Fortin at the age of 57 years. He was predeceased by his parents Dominic and Adelaide Fortin. He is survived by his spouse, Ursula Flisikowski; his daughter, Vickie Horsup wife of Chris of Sudbury; his step-sons: Mike Dean husband of Patricia of Mission, B.C. and James Dean husband of Anne of Bedford, N.S.; five sisters: Noëlla Veilleux of Moonbeam, Mariette Larabie of Kapuskasing, Madeleine Olford of the United-States, Jessie Olford of Timmins and Yvonne Fortin of Thunder Bay; three brothers: Gilles, Réjean and Claude Fortin all of Kapuskasing; as well as 8 grandchildren: Olivia, Hannah, Emma, Doug, Kayla, Rebecca, Kade and Peyton and one great-grandson, Jadyn. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
