We regret to annouce the death of Jeannine Lessard on March 8th at the age of 76 years. She was predeceased by 5 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her husband, Antoine; two sons: Yves husband of Lucie of Moonbeam and Alain husband of Paula of Kapuskasing; three daughters: Manon (friend Gérald)of Kapuskasing, Lyette (friend Gene) of Thunder Bay and Josée Léonard wife of Michel of Louisville, Kentucky; two sisters: Yollande Durocher of Rouyn-Noranda and Leonia Pronovost of Montreal; as well as nine grandchildren: Bruno, Mathieu, Rémi, Claude, Peter, Nancy, Mélanie, Erin and Brian; and two great-grandchildren: Eden et Yanik. Jeannine Lessard will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12 at 2:30 p.m. at Immaculée-Conception church with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Parkinson Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
