We regret to announce the death of John James "Jimmy" Zwezdaryk on June 24, 2011 at Sensenbrenner Hospital Kapuskasing at the age of 87 years. He is survived by two children: John husband of Velia of Barrie, Jeannette Audette wife of Richard of Owen Sound; 2 stepsons: Michel Goulet husband of Jeannine and Gaetan Bernard husband of Chantal both of Kapuskasing; his companion Dorothy Latimer of Kapuskasing; 1 brother Louis from Barrie; six grandchildren: Tammy, Ricky, Kevin, Germany, Dylan and Jessie as well as 2 great grandchildren: Trent and Carter. He was predeceased by his wife Annette; two children: Noël, Juliette and 1 grandson Jamie. He was a member of the Legion and the Loyal Order of Moose. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. The family would like to thank Dorothy and her family for all their help as well as to friends and neighbors: René Menard and his family, Linda and Maria as well as John and Laura. John Zwezdaryk will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 28th 2011 at St-Patrick's Church, Kapuskasing at 2:00 PM with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
