We regret to announce the death of Lise Nolet on Saturday, January 28th at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 41. She enjoyed playing the piano, walking, cycling and receiving family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Manon, her parents, Hélène and Réjean Nolet of Kapuskasing, two sisters, Carole Nolet-Gagnon wife of Yvan of Kapuskasing and Suzanne Nolet of Montreal. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Sawicki. Lise Nolet will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 31st from 2 - 4 and 7- 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 1st at the Immaculée-Conception church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin and Hervé Sauvé officiating. Spring burial to follow at the Kapuskasing cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Manon Nolet Scholarship Fund, Ovarian Cancer Canada or the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
