We regret to announce the death of Marcel Tremblay on January 27, 2012 at North Centennial Manor, Kapuskasing at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his wife Rose-Marie Tremblay of Kapuskasing; 3 sons: Marc and Paul Tremblay of Kapuskasing, Jean Tremblay of Fort St John B.C.; 4 grandchildren: Geneviève, Daniel, Dylan, Caroline as well as 1 great granddaughter Audrey-Rose. Marcel was predeceased by 1 sister Rita Woodworth He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus and he enjoyed playing cards, curling, hockey, skating, travelling and fishing. Marcel Tremblay will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday January 31, 2012 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. and on Wednesday February 1st, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 1st at Immaculée Conception church, Kapuskasing at 2:00 PM with father Gilles Gosselin officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.
