We regret to announce the death of Margaret Davidson on October 22, 2010 at the age of 98 years. She is survived by five children: William husband of Lorraine of Eganville, John "Duke" husband of Jackie, Margaret Jones wife of Don, Molly Tracy all of Kapuskasing and Barbara Black wife of Ernie of Sault Ste. Marie; one son-in-law Pat Valiquette of Eganville; one sister-in-law, Winnie Donnelly of Kapuskasing; as well as 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John “Jack” Davidson; one daughter, Shirley Valiquette; one son-in-law, Craig Tracy; five brothers: Ernie, Leo (Annie), Dunlop (Mamie), Willy (Nellie) and Cecil Donnelly and four sisters: Gracie Boudreau (Gideon), Helena Hedican (Anthony), Emily Hogan (William) and Mary Sheedy (Clarence). A funeral mass and a celebration of Margaret Davidson’s life will be held in the summer. As expressions of sympathy, donations to World Vision - Haiti Relief would be greatly appreciated.
