We regret to announce the death of Marie-Paule Bélanger on Tuesday, January 11, at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 74. She is survived by her husband, Jean-Paul of Opasatika, four sons, Yvan husband of Trish of Ottawa, Gérald partner of Daniel of Montréal, Ghislain husband of Denise of Hagar and Stéphane of Sudbury, two daughters, Joanne Lallier wife of Jean-Paul and Ginette Dorval wife of Jacques all of Opasatika, two sisters, Lise Paquin wife of Guy of Timmins and Thérèse Dubé companion of Marius of Hearst, three brothers, Rodrigue Dubé husband of Diane, Réginald Dubé and Jean-Yves Dubé all of Kapuskasing, one sister-in-law, Colette Dubé of Kapuskasing, one brother-in-law, Bob Wright of Kapuskasing, as well as eight grandchildren, Sylvie, Yves, Steven, Mélissa, Annick, Dave, Joel, Michelle and Jessie, three great grandchildren, Nathan, Maxim and Akeelah. She was predeceased by her parents, Marie-Anna and Joseph Dubé, two sisters, Sylvianne Dubé and Ghislaine Wright, one brother, Gaetan Dubé. Marie-Paule Bélanger will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 15th at the St-Antoine-de-Padoue church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
