Passed away on July 7, 2002
We regret to announce the death of Mary Mallais on Sunday July 7th at the Sensenbrenner hospital at the age of 81. She is survived by four sons; Clifford Ducharme husband of Pat of Atikokan, Ernest Ducharme of B.C., Wilfred Mallais husband of Lise of Val Rita and Daniel Mallais of Kapuskasing, three daughters; Jeannette Wannamaker wife of Gilbert Roussel of Kapuskasing, Claudette Boily wife of Pete Brown of Niagara Falls and Annette Otis wife of Jacques of Val Rita, two sisters; Ida Berette of Ottawa and Martha Laframboise of Nipigon, one brother; Frank Nelson of Nipigon as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Edgar as well as three children. A grave side service was held at the Kapuskasing Cemetery on Thursday July 11 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Roger Pronovost officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
