Mildred Downton

We regret to announce the death of Mildred Downton on June 25 at the North Centennial Manor at the age of 85. She is survived by four daughters; Nina Shannon of Rock Creek, B.C., Judy Kindt wife of Don of Springfield, Oregon, Ruth Abbott wife of John of Kingston & Pegi Fuller wife of Barry of Kitchener, one son; Donald husband of Madeleine of Rockland, as well as thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband; Stewart and many brothers & sisters. The funeral service was held on Saturday June 28 at 10:00 a.m. at the Baptist church with Pastor Tim Rout officiating. Interment followed at the Kapuskasing cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
