We regret to announce the death of Odette Morvan-Garon on Friday, March 2 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 90. She is survived by five children, Émile Morvan husband of Maureen, Robert Morvan and Michel Morvan husband of Noëlla of Ottawa, Alain Morvan husband of Louise and Odette Guillemette wife of René of Kapuskasing, two sisters, Christiane Guyomard and Sylvie Minervi of France, as well as eight grandchildren, David, Stéphanie, Maxwell, Yves, Valérie, Lyne, Rémi and Christiane, five great-grandchildren, Eva, Nicholas, Zachary, Nathan and Jaylen. She was predeceased by her husbands, Robert Morvan and Rémi Garon. Odette Garon will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Wednesday March 7 from 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, at the Immaculée-Conception church at 3:00 p.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
