Death notice for the late Réal Parent
We regret to announce the death of Réal Parent on August 13, 2010 at his residence in Kapuskasing at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his mother: Fabiola Parent of Kapuskasing, 2 sons: Colin Parent of Thunder Bay, Michel Parent (Jillian) of Calgary, 1 granddaughter: Piquette, his wife: Bernice of Thunder Bay; 2 sisters: Denise Fortin (Claude) of Val Rita, Madeleine Sutherland of Arnprior; 5 brothers: Roger, Gilbert (Lizette), Marcel (Danielle), Jacques (Georgette), François (Chantal) all of Kapuskasing. He was predeceased by his father Benoit Parent. He enjoyed travelling, photography and was a hobbyist. He will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home, Kapuskasing on Wednesday August 18, 2010 from 2 - 4pm and 7 - 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday August 19, 2010 at 10:30 am at the St-Stanislas church in Harty with Father Louis-Philippe Bélanger officiating. Burial will follow at the Harty Cemetery.
