We regret to announce the death of Romuald “ Ti-Coune” Pelletier on February 3, 2012 at Sensenbrenner Hospital Kapuskasing at the age of 79 years. He is survived by his wife Rita Dumais-Gaudreault-Pelletier of Kapuskasing; 1 daughter: Lise Génier wife of Georges of Kapuskasing, 1 daughter-in-law: Jeanne D'Arc Gaudreault of Kapuskasing; 1 sister: Gisèle Audy of Senneterre; 1 niece: Cécile (Raja) Singh of Ottawa; 5 grandchildren: Ronald, Josée, Julie Gaudreault, Jean-Marc and France Génier; 4 great grandchildren: Damien, Noah, Abby and Mia as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his 1st wife Marjolaine Whissel; his parents: Yvonne and Adelard Pelletier; 3 brothers: Raymond, Marcel, René Pelletier; 2 sisters: Lucie Beaulieu, Yvette Leblanc and 1 son Normand Gaudreault. He had a passion for gardening and flowers. Romuald Pelletier will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Monday February 6 , 2012 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 7th, 2012 at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church in Kapuskasing at 3:00 PM with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. Burial will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Liver Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
