Condolence: William Armstrong was my grandpa he was an extraordinary man. The memories of our time together I still cherish and reflect on to this day. From sitting with him and watching WWF on his TV to spending time in his massive garage. He always let me sneak to the fridge to get as many pops as I wanted. I remember his love for setting off fireworks and can still see him running across the lawn on his property in Kapuskasing with a look of pure joy on his face as they went off behind him. He was and still is my hero and I know hes watching over me from Heaven. I have a picture of him and my grandma in their legion outfits hung in my living room and a tattoo over my heart for him, my grandma and my uncle skip. I hope some day I get the chance to see him again in Heaven and well as I get older my feelings of greif and mourning are surrounded with gratitude and appreciation for the time we had together. I was only a young man when he passed and I never got to show him how i got my life together. I am raising his great grandson and I often tell stories about how wonderful he was. My son has William as his middle name in honor of him. I cant really put it to words or do justice for the way I feel. I love you and I miss you.
