We regret to announce the death of William C. Robinson, affectionately known as “Bud” to family or “Bill” to his friends and colleagues on Wednesday, March 21 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 79. He is survived by his companion, Diane Champagne, seven children, Bob husband of Eveline of Marathon, Rick husband of Louise, Alain, Ken husband of Jodi of Kapuskasing, Nicole Robinson-Hotson wife of Chris of North Bay, Luc of Thompson, Manitoba and Michael husband of Marie-Claude of Quebec, two sisters, Betty Kramer and Roberta-Anne Luptin of British Columbia, as well as 18 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his spouse, Simone nee Papineau and one sister, Jean Young. Family and friends are invited to La Forge on Tuesday, March 27th beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, March 28th at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
